I modified the code for testing local video and I am getting the results but The FPS is very slow(<2). please help me , how can i increase the frame rate and i am using geforce 1050ti(4gb).

The FPS shouldn't be that low with a 1050 Ti. You might be running Tensorflow on your CPU instead of your GPU.
