Connections to musikServer takes very long time to quit. #69

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect several clients to the server
2. Disconnect them
3. Try connecting 2 new client. The second one is likely to fail (or be 
very delayed).

For some reason the musik::core::server::Connection takes very long time 
when joining the threads.
