update Roundcube.hideTopLine to handle elastic theme #13

It seems like Roundcube Elastic theme has been released with Roundcube 1.4.

Currently, Roundcube.hideTopLine only handles the Larry theme. This PR updates the function to handle Elastic theme as well, removing the top logo and the disconnect button from it's sidebar.
