The GUI must let the user choose the following parameters:

The State from witch the weather will be predicted (or all of them for Scenario A)
The Feature Selection Method (and number of features to be selected)
The Dimensionality Reducing Method (and the number of resulting features floored to the max available)
The Classifier Being Used (is there any incompatible combination??)
The Prediction Method (Train-Test or KFold)

The GUI must show to the user all the implemented methods and the prediction it self.
