Errors when importing dmx files #61

When ever I try to import a .dmx file, I get this list of errors.
Everything has been installed properly, and there's nothing wrong with the file 
itself.

Hi have the same problem with the new version (SMD Tools 1.6.3) and blender 
2.65a x64.
I tried different combination of blender (32 64 bit and 2.65 2.65a) but the 
same errors appear
The problem occurs only in morph dmx
