first 2 sections not working as expected. #10

hi I have tried your method after downloading python 3.10; but pip install does nothing... the terminal sections does nothing or blames a grammar error... do I need any preliminary action on python?

hi, I have consulted with a friend who said I should use powershell but still it does not understand pip. its the first time I write in programming language; could you explain it as if I were a dummy?
