Inbox not capturing quick entry items. #48

Issues when attempting to specify files for quick entry, these include using the "Inbox", whether under default or a custom filename.

It won't write to the specified files. Sometimes it claims that they don't even exist, asks to create them, but doesn't create anything. Had it work once after re-installing the plugin. It successfully created the Inbox file. However upon restart it again failed to write new items to it.

Using the daily page for quick entry works fine.

Thanks for the feedback! Could you please provide the custom filenames which failed to work? and perhaps how it looks int the select box?

Hi, I'm having the same issue, and had the same experience. It worked once, asked to create a file, but now I can uninstall the extension and try a different device and it still does not work.

I have a file under "01 Tasks/Inbox" that it does not place tasks into. I have also tried "Inbox", "01 Tasks/Inbox.md", "inbox.md" but none seem to work.

After several attempts I managed to get it to work. You have to put the path of the note and include the .md extension in the plugin settings screen for it to work.
