Activate Filter On Load does not apply on start up, on reload, and on workspace load. #96

I was wondering why Today Focus On Load is working but Activate Filter On Load is not, even though it is set on todo with 10 tasks on the category. Whenever I startup obsidian, reload the window, or load a workspace Activate Filter On Load does not activate.
