I discussed with our D-World developer (Joris) about what is needed to create a D-World terrain database for Austria. He explained that both high-resolution and low-resolution textures are needed from a (licensed) source. And that most probably some work is also required to include specific infrastructure (airport, buildings, etc.) in the desired area(s).

Could you let us know what your requirements here are exactly? For example:

Once we have all the source data, we need approximately two weeks to generate the terrain textures according to Joris. If you want custom infrastructure assets, some additional time may be needed as well for that.

Hi Ivan,

-we prefer to have the main cities (Linz, Innsbruck, Salzburg,..) of the single regions in Austria, in a high-res. -I am trying to contact the responsible authority in Austria. And i will send you the data if i get it. -For Hems mission Training it would be great if we have the following buildings high detailed: Airports, Hospitals, ÖAMTC-bases, Police-bases

I talked with a person from the geodata department in Austria and he gave me the following links to download the data:

https://www.data.gv.at/ -> For whole Austria

https://www.land-oberoesterreich.gv.at/opendata.htm -> for upper austria. At the bottom of website on this link you have the other links for all regions in Austria.

Sorry i am not familiar with this topic. If you can give me more information i could try to help you more.

Hi Ivan,

https://rotorsky-my.sharepoint.com/:f:/g/personal/l_larcher_rotorsky_at/ErmVM8eXuz1OphEOdBR6am4By1xVQLBM9qtI8R3NMDUtjg?e=djjnMh

here is the link of the pictures of the Hangar in Linz. The hangar on the right hand site is our (right site of the big door). I made pictures of our hangar with the door open and closed and a lot of other pictures of the whole hangar. There is also included a picture of the ÖAMTC station which is on the left site of the hangar. Hope you can do something with this. If not please tell me and i can do more pictures. Can you please forward it to Mark? Thank you.
