Is it possible to collect and save calcium signals for each individual spatial compartments during the simulation of calcium waves? Thanks #3

Hi, Yes of course, you can collect/record calcium dynamics at any point of cell, using, for example, very simple panel Graph->Current axis-> (righ click mouse) Plot what ? you can chose any area (areas) of cell and choose Cai hope it helps Cheers L
