This one is even better, yes node 8+ is the way to go! I'll remove the second pull request I submitted.

Coverage increased (+0.07%) to 97.701% when pulling c6071f3232f500a05fc8472d40d2b8c1fc4ccdf5 on parse-string-promise into 5770685d17996706ab9b6fc63f7c177254861fec on master.
