fix: tls-lwt dependency #45

Although it's mentioned in https://github.com/Leonidas-from-XIV/slacko/issues/34#issue-367559015 that opam should install tls or ssl automatically, it seems now there's an additional tls-lwt dependency that not listed yet.

This should fix the Exception: (Failure "No SSL or TLS support compiled into Conduit"). error for the latest version.

Thanks! I've used the occasion to clean up the dependency list a little and generate it from the dune-project.
