Portals are now automatically opened #24

Portals no longer require a right click to open when a portal key is not set, instead opening when the book makes contact with the portal. The achievement and stats are granted to the closest player within five blocks, if one is present.

Added a change to the achievement language entry as well, I'd make sure this isn't lost when merging the EMI stuff in the other PR (or vice versa). Happy to merge all of these together into one PR if needed, but since all of these features are fairly distinct I thought I'd let you determine which ones you wanted.
