can't break blocks in dimensions in survival #32

As per the title, I couldn't mine any blocks in survival, they do break in creative, Is this intentional? if yes, how can I change this gamerule?

Never mind...for some reason I just had to close the world and relog to start breaking things in survival...dunno why but it works
