Creating a subcommand describe through the CLI.

Description of the command describe

Short: Shows details of a specific portfolio.
Long: Provides a detailed view of a selected portfolio, including information on accounts, assets, entities and hierarchical relationships, such as sub-accounts and parent entities, to better understand its structure.
