Using TDT files, brand new to GuPPy and coding in general

please follow the storenames naming convention mentioned on left side when you open storenames GUI and re-analyze your data

Also try to use the updated code from Github which will help you follow the naming convention by default

You should not select Fi1i and Fi1r in the storenames because it does not usually contain any information to analyze (if I am not wrong)
