Issue when running PSTH (similar to issue #63) #85

Hi!

I am trying to analyze some fiber photometry experiments and it has been really good, with the exception of the latest experiments. For some reason, now I am getting this error, similar to issue #63 . The weird thing is that I was able to perform this analysis 3 times on the now problematic files. I wanted to modify some parameters and now the error is showing. I have been unable to run it again even when selecting the same parameters that worked. My system is TDT.

Any idea of what could be happening?

It is solved now. It turns out the files got corrupted somehow.
