Hi there, First, thank you for creating GuPPy, it is such helpful software! I was wondering how I can access the data files for the photometry traces. I want to be able to calculate the area under the curve for different timepoints across the aligned traces so I just need access to the values being plotted. Thank you!

What do you mean by photometry traces ? Do you mean signal channel raw trace ?

I mean the averaged signal aligned to an event - the values being plotted in the visualization. Thanks!
