Open/Save File Dialog #121

When I open or save file, the dialog doesn't really honor the column width that I set for the default view. Is it by design or is there anyway to force the column width of the open/save dialog to display the same way as the default explorer view?

Btw, thanks a ton for the wonderful utility and making the Windows Explorer great again. :)

I got a note from the dev that I need to close the apps before running the setup. It works now after I closed my apps and re-ran the setup.
