feat: equipment point list page #424

Converts existing Equipment list page into an Equipment Point page. Some changes to Beneficiary list page to synchronise UI.

Partially fixes #415

TODO:

[ ] add description column
[ ] find suitable icon for "More info" button for descriptions
filters:
- [ ] equipment type
- [ ] neighbourhood

Type of change:
