ACSM won't process #71

Bug description

Hello, I have 2 ACSMs that won't convert to epub, can you take a look on what happened here? Calibre 14-11.txt

Windows

Which version of Calibre are you running?

6.29

Which version of the ACSM Input plugin are you running?

0.1.0

Import type

Dragging-and-Dropping the ACSM file into the Calibre window

This looks like the ACSM file is either invalid or not an ACSM at all:

This is most likely an error on the distributor's servers.
