shiki-colors xfwm theme custom buttons order #141

In xfwm settings you can set up buttons order for some themes. Personally, I 
prefer to see minimize/maximize/close buttons on the left side of a window, 
but it is impossible to customize buttons in shiki-colors. The order of 
buttons shouldn't be hard-coded, but instead user should be able to change 
it. (This can be done if you remove one line from themerc file).
