Support for bigger resize handles and focus shadow features of ubuntu 11.04 #146

There is now support in Ubuntu 11.04 for bigger (invisible) resize handles on 
the borders of the windows. Because Shiki uses a border of only one pixel, this 
could increase usability.

Also there is now the ability to give the focussed window a bigger shadow.
I believe this can all be fixed in the theme, but I don't know for sure, 
haven't looked into the theme files of the new Light themes in 11.04.

Would be nice to have in the repositories before the official launch next month!

last devel release are r282 are from 2009, yes this project are DEAD
