Vietnamese translation #34

Hi, I want to contribute the translation for the Vietnamese language for my fellow Vietnamese friends, which file should be modified? Or can you provide me some clue about this? Thanks in advance!

Thank you. I will reach you when all major features of TrollRecorder are ready. For now, you can have a look at LocalizedResources_v1.5.11.zip and begin your translation in your own way.

Localization resources are made open-source from now on. You can submit PRs to add your language.
