Distinguish between recurring and one-time mass EP awards

When a boss kill closely coincides in time with a recurring award, it can
be confusing to see two identical lines in /raid announcing a mass award
(we happen to use the same recurring EP value as we do for farm bosses).

It would be nice if the recurring award announcement added the word
"recurring" to the text string.

The attached patch makes that change.  The patch was drycoded and is
relative to trunk r965.  I'll test tonight, but the changes were fairly minor.

The way I'm changing the announcement is a bit clunky admittedly, but it
avoids having to update a localized string in every locale.
