Reducing XSS content risk in title by changing parameter #28

As discussed in https://github.com/Lesterhuis-Training-en-Consultancy/moodle-block-user_favorites/issues/26 to reduce the risk of XSS content we could change the PARAM_RAW to PARAM_TEXT

Since the plugin is build and accepted like this, we won't do this change ourselves at this time.

Though if someone feels it should be changed, please send in a pull request.
