added localizers
new config setting to enable players spawning on the respawnpos (always spawn them inside the start zone)
added missing style on hud timer for spectators
if no args are used on /style it sends styles list, style lang fully works with both numbers or text (also added little example of list) made functions for cmd cooldown, timer block check, in replay check, can do checkpoint (instead of having it pasted on all commands)
/rank shows the rank with the correct rank color (wow!)
since they are so many localizers i have not tested every one of them but should be 99% working
