Chat Prefix #75

How do I change chat prefix when using a pre-release version? It's not in the config by default and the convar does work when I add it myself.

@rveee "prefix" was moved to the lang folder. E.g. in /addons/counterstrikesharp/plugins/SharpTimer/lang/en.json
