Plugin System Rework

Added features:

• Bootstrapper

  • Configs for plugins.

• Moved features

  • Moved editorconfig, and stylecop analyzers to the root project directory to be shared.

• Embedded Resource Parser and Loader

  • Dependencies can be loaded via manifest stream.
  • Custom resources can be parsed utilizing a custom implementation of the Resource Parser.
  • Resources for the Core plugin are now embedded.

• Bug fixes

  • Various small bug fixes all around.

• Improvements

  • Rewrote the logger parser for melonloader support.
  • Rewrote the colored text system to allow for future support of &[color name] ie &red instead of &2.
  • Rewrote log templates to use &r (reset) instead of &7 (white). This makes it easier to change the default color.
  • Default color is now gray.
