Simplified example code for enabling console in initial-setup.md Added Vitepress code formatting to networking.md

The Visual Studio nuget source management bit isn't QUITE right for me, the steps are like this on my copy of vs 2022 devenv_ugqdadboWb devenv_TRjT4ayheo devenv_HuEACQxsbc

not sure what our setup differences are

don't know why it looks different, but I also can do it your way in my version, so I'll update the instructions to that as it seems more compatible
