Continuation from #38

Added a new section for Intermediate modding. (It's not as difficult as networking)
Added Custom Configs Documentation
Added Custom Configs Syncing Documentation

Thanks to @Owen3H on the discord for writing most of the base of these docs that were then split and adapted for the wiki.

Please tell me if anything is non-functional and I'll update my pr.
