Mirror Client DB for Prod #41

We need a database with production data common for all the clients, so that we 
can mirror/spawn a new database for each new Client

We have db-data.sql with non-catalog data.
We need to prepare for Production level Catalog data.

We need to add db-catalog.sql file under acuteservices/sql/client

Created the sql file and loaded to mirror db

db-catalog.sql file has been created and uploaded to the repository
