New Feature: Bend Lines Without Points/Hooks Like In Flash #3

Sorry for reviving old issue tracker or whatever, but I'd like to point out
that flash has this awesome line bending feature that no other program
boasts. Would it be possible to add the "Bend Lines Without Using Points"
feature in AJAX Animator?

If you can't add this feature to AJAX Animator, could you at least tell
Inkscape to? I love Inkscape, but would love such a feature rather than to
add points to a line and THEN bend, which is counterproductive.

I just remembered another feature as I type here, could you also add the
"Intersecting Lines Become a whole object" feature as well instead of
keeping the lines separate? It was also a nice feature.
