Need to create API document #21

We need to create an API document including the following parts,

1) Dsl syntax or methods in the DslContext
2) Predefined UI object method list (It would be great if we can add some
examples)
3) Java Tellurium Test case
4) Data Driven Tellurium Test
5) Groovy Tellurium case
6) Pure Dsl script

I think we should split these tasks and get them done before we release
0.4.0.
