credit card formatting is incorrect #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to checkout and move to card selection page
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The card numbers are shown as 1234 instead of xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-1234 or "Ending in 
1234"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

This was the original error.  Now I see that it shows the entire number instead 
of just the last four

Formatting now follows "cardtype ending in xxxx"
