Name of customer on order listing is backwards #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On Admin site, go to order listing page
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Customer names are listed First,Last instead of Last,First or First Last

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
