login page issues #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when i enter a username and pwd 
2. and hit on login button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

this should redirect me to the user account page, instead its redirecting to 
the login page again which should not happen

For a valid login, you are taken to the home page.  If the login is invalid, 
the user remains at the login form ,
