bluefish windows configuration file(s) #15

I installed bluefish-win on windows XP service pack 3 (pack including GTK).
Installation is perfect and application starts normally.
Only one problem. Bluefish cannot keep into memory any configuration
parameter. And by the way I don't see any configuration file(s) nowhere.
How to fix it ?
