winXP : dll Error on launch #7

I've uninstalled the previous version, delete the three repertories as we
said, download the 041308 installer, run it.

At the end of the installation process, i let the run option checked, but
the program didn't launch.

In my shortcuts, i do have the picture for bluefish with other three
shorcuts. I click on it, and there i've got an alert window for
libpango-1.0.0.dll.

screen attached.

http://code.google.com/p/bluefish-win/issues/detail?id=13&can=1 fixes this
issue,
albeit manually.
