Reg. windows build of bluefish 1.0.7:

Great work! One quirk that keeps it from being entirely usable (for me): A
scroll wheel can't be used to scroll up/down in an open file.

Correction: Scroll wheel on a regular mouse works fine, but scroll pad on a 
laptop
touchpad does not. OS is WinXP Pro SP3.
