Partial Highlighting in Bar Chart can lead to cut off bars #113

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add countries data set to bar chart
2. Change value to minimum, grouping to continent
3. Drag Countries data set into another view
4. Highlight country in other view

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Bar goes out of window if big enough (instead of being shown/indicated somehow)
