Improve memento restoration by introducing object factories #127

The memento mechanism does currently not allow for easy extension by Choosel 
applications. This becomes necessary, however, because we opened up the 
configuration of views in those applications.

To address this requirement, Object factories that restore objects from their 
mementos need to be introduced.
