Add calculation that returns single value #132

The current calculations are sum, avg, etc. Although the sum over a single 
value return the value, it is displayed as sum on the axis label. To solve this 
issue, we need to add a calculation that return a single value, e.g. the value 
from the first (and only) resource in the view item.
