Using visualization components without absolute positioning results in sidebar expansion error #136

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Embed a visualization into a div outside the workbench
2. Expand the sidebar of the visualization

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The visualization gets hidden and does not reappear. It should be reduced in 
size and expanded again upon closing the sidebar.
