Move drag and drop into separate module #152

The drag and drop is integrated into the core module right now. This leads to 
unnecessary permutations when compiling applications that use Choosel 
components with leveraging the dnd parts. The drag and drop functionality 
should be extracted into a separate module that is inherited by the workbench.
