Use guice injection on server #60

Currently we are lacking injection support on the server side. This makes 
providing application-specific servlet customizations hard. We need to 
introduced guice injection support on the server (similar to what we have for 
the GWT client):

It might be worth looking at the new Spring / GWT integration.
