Dropping resources without required property types (e.g. location for map) causes error #98

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Import csv data without time/number/location property
2. Drag onto timeline/map/chart

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Drop should not be possible. Instead, an error occurs.
