Integrate Crux SuperDevMode websocket support with EclipseBreakpointPlugin #467

If I try to use this plugin:
http://sdbg.github.io/
with current Crux SuperDevMode websocket approach, the plugins connects to Crux 
instead of connecting to it's own server.

I retested and everything is working fine. Was an enviromnent problem.
