Crux Super ErrorHandler is not working when I change a XML file #469

If I change a file.view.xml or template.view.xml (and so on) and click in the 
browser favorites DevMode On button, the codeserver is not recompiling the view

The super error handler plugin is now discontinued as Super Dev Mode will 
replace DevMode as standard for debug applications and it does not need any 
special error handler to show better messages
