Spy - Ajax refresh Removes Links #111

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to http://www.dotnetkicks.com/spy
2. wait 60 seconds for the page to refresh itself
3. any "was published to homepage" item looses it's ahref

Using FF 2.0.0.7

This is fixed for r383. New UserAction since then should have a correct <a> tag.
